Suncloud Ventures is developing PROJECT READ, aiming to create a hybrid infrastructure ecosystem by merging renewable solar and battery technology with natural gas cogeneration turbines. This will generate over 500MW of power and support advanced data center construction, management, and operations, including energy-efficient GPU chip racks for cloud and AI digital commerce.

Formation of Off My Grid, LLC (OMG)

OFF MY GRID is a private Nevada-based "DEBT-FREE" land holding company that has acquired over 625 acres of land in the "SILICON DESERT" within the Arizona "SUN CORRIDOR," located just south of Phoenix in Pinal County, AZ.

FY 2023

SunCloud Ventures (SCV) is Founded

SunCloud Ventures, LLC (SCV) is established as the development company with the mission to create a hybrid infrastructure ecosystem focusing on both power generation, and data center development.

FY 2024

Project READ (Renewable Energy and Data) Is Created

  • Suncloud Ventures creates two sub-divisions:

     1. SUNCLOUD POWER
     2. SUNCLOUD DATA
  • Suncloud Power will produce off-grid energy production in excess of 500MW using both Solar/Battery (GREEN) and NG Co-Gen turbine (BROWN) energy production.
  • Suncloud Data will create the data center campus with the latest in GPU chips and precision direct cooling, providing 40% greater efficiencies with 96% less water consumption.
  • This project will include establishing a 30-year land lease between OMG and SCV to secure the master lease for both SCV Power and SCV Data. Additionally, a 30-year Power Purchase Agreement will be documented between SCV Power and SCV Data.

Off My Grid (OMG) is the foundational pillar supporting  SCV. OMG is the master leaseholder for the ambitious Project READ.

Strategic
Location

The 625-acre plot in the Arizona Sun Corridor was chosen for its abundant sunlight, low risk for natural disasters, and tax incentives for data center development. It is also close to gas and electric utilities, as well as dark fiber.

Land Lease
Agreement

OMG has signed a 30-year land lease agreement with SunCloud Ventures, providing a stable base for Project READ's development. This lease will secure the future development of power generation through SCV Power and the data center campus for SCV Data.

Investment For Sustainability

OMG will support sustainable green energy production and technologies by managing this land. The Data Center will use advanced GPU chips for AI and machine learning, along with precision liquid cooling technologies for efficient and resilient off-grid power.

SunCloud Ventures- Project READ Development

Project READ
Renewable Energy And Data

Our flagship project, PROJECT READ, aims to establish a hybrid infrastructure combining renewable energy production with an advanced data center campus. Utilizing 30-year agreements for a long-term land lease and a parallel power purchase agreement, SCV will establish an off-grid distributed energy arrangement combining solar/battery and co-generation natural gas and steam turbines to power a state-of-the-art data center campus. This innovative infrastructure will produce over 500 megawatts of clean, sustainable, and renewable energy.

Solar Farm

Using dual-tracking solar panels covering between 400 to 450 acres of land, SCV Green Power will deliver up to 100 megawatts of clean and green power. This power production is totally off-grid and will provide up to 10 hours of continuous operation for the data center campus.

Cogeneration Turbines

Our combined gas and steam turbines will produce over 400 megawatts of resilient power using either natural gas or renewable natural gas. This off-grid system will ensure a reliable and stable energy supply. The system will be supported by redundant gas supply lines to enhance the overall reliability and stability of energy production.

Battery Storage

Using either lithium-ion or sodium-ion batteries will ensure consistent power availability and enhanced off-grid stability. The battery backups guarantee continuous power supply, thus improving the stability of the off-grid system.

Building The Future:
The Digital Data Center Campus

The SCV Data campus will span up to one million square feet. The plans include accommodating up to 25,000 GPU racks with precision direct cooling, creating a cutting-edge environment for AI/machine learning for both cloud and edge computing services.

Alternatively, SCV may opt to build ten smaller data centers, each covering 30,000 square feet. All of these centers would significantly advance AI, cloud computing, and online businesses.
